Ingredients: cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, nutmeg, mace, cardamom, cloves, star anise seeds, bay leaf

Instructions: first rinse the cup with hot water. Place one tea bag in each cup. Pour freshly boiled water into the cup and steep the tea bags for a while. The tea is ready. Enjoy the special tea from the Nepalese Himanlayan Tea House.

This Nepali masala tea is produced by the Himalayan tea house in Nepal, grown by tea farmers in Nepal. It contains 25 tea bags, so it's very easy to use; just add boiled water and you can easily drink it as a relaxing tea. They have even put the tea bag in a cotton pouch inside plastic to make it suitable as a gift.
