Our packaging

We care about the environment - join us and become part of our green wave. Our boxes are made of pure cardboard and can be easily disposed of with paper in separate waste collection. Glass containers, to prevent breakage during transport, are wrapped in bubble wrap.

The invoice amount can be conveniently paid into our account upon order completion. The package can only be dispatched after the bank transfer has been credited to our bank account.

All necessary details for making the advance payment will be sent via a confirmation email immediately after order confirmation. Please note that it is very important to include the order number/code as the reason for payment, so that we can classify and assign the payment to the exact order. Once payment is received (depending on the banking institution, this can take up to 5 working days!), the order will be processed and can be shipped.

Pay conveniently on our website with a credit card.

We accept Paypal, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Cash on delivery. With credit card payment, the invoice amount will be debited from your account immediately after order confirmation. The order can then be shipped immediately.

Credit card information is not stored by us but is only transmitted in an encrypted form. Your credit card data is encrypted using an SSL key - which ensures a high level of security and a secure purchase. Thanks to this high level of security, your purchase on our site is secure.

Cash on delivery

Cash on Delivery Payment

By paying cash on delivery, you can pay the order amount in cash to the courier upon receipt of the order.

Please ensure you have the correct amount of money available on the day of delivery.

Cash on delivery payment is possible for a minimum amount of €20.00 and a maximum of €300.00

Cash on delivery costs:

Order total + €3.90. The amount paid on delivery will then be transferred to our account.

Further Info for Cash on Delivery 

The courier will make 3 delivery attempts. If the 3rd attempt is unsuccessful, the package will remain at the nearest collection point. The package will be ready for collection for 72 hours, after which it will be returned to the sender. 

Attention! If the order is not collected without any justification, the cash on delivery payment option will be blocked. 

Postepay

Your Postepay card is read like a normal credit card! To use this service, select "credit card payment"! We do not have a Postepay account, so it is not possible to debit the amount from our account.
