Tibet Shop Milano also offers the possibility to exchange the item purchased online; the product must be returned at your own expense in the same condition it was received.

The right of withdrawal is regulated by Legislative Decree 21/2014. If the customer is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without needing to provide explanations. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the goods in the same condition in which they were received within 7 days of receiving the order. Inside the return package, there must be a sheet indicating: order number, first name and last name, phone number, and bank details. Once the return is received, Eco Shop will verify the condition of the goods and credit the amount via bank transfer
IN-STORE EXCHANGE
If you purchased online, you can also make an exchange directly in our store. In-store exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. Simply come to the store with the item to be exchanged (always in perfect condition) and a printed copy of your order confirmation, which shows the order number, the items purchased, and the amount spent, or the receipt. Without this receipt, an exchange will not be possible.
