Spelt Husks: The Natural Filling
Spelt husks are the ideal filling for those new to meditation: they gradually conform to the body, offering increasingly personalized support over time. When new, the cushion may feel firm — simply open the zipper and remove the desired amount, saving any excess husks for future refills.
