The Zafu: Comfort and Posture

The disk shape of the zafu allows for comfortable maintenance of various postures: from cross-legged sitting to kneeling (seiza), with the possibility of adjusting the position by sitting more in the center or towards the edge. Spelt Husks: The Natural Filling

Spelt husks are the ideal filling for those new to meditation: they gradually conform to the body, offering increasingly personalized support over time. When new, the cushion may feel firm — simply open the zipper and remove the desired amount, saving the excess husks for future refills.
