The round Zafu allows you to comfortably maintain kneeling positions (straddling, with the buttocks resting on the flattened cushion and the legs folded back to the side) but also sitting with legs crossed forward (the disc shape allows you to vary your posture in relation to the seat, positioning yourself more in the center or more on the edge of the cushion)

This Zafu is filled with Organic Spelt Husks, handcrafted with sturdy 100% Organic Cotton canvas, equipped with a carrying handle and a hidden zipper to remove or add filling if necessary.

Features:

Dimensions: 33 cm diameter x 13 cm height: filled with 1.5 kg of organic spelt husks (the cushion is VERY filled, so it might seem hard/heavy when new: you can easily open the zipper under the handle and empty a little, according to your needs, possibly keeping the husks for future 'top-up' fillings, after years of use)

Spelt husk filling is generally recommended for beginners, while kapok is for those who have been meditating for a while:

Spelt husk, obtained from the dehulling of spelt, is a natural filling that adapts to our body, changing and softening the cushion more and more over time. The cushion may initially seem hard because the company fills the cushions quite a lot: you can empty the cushion as desired using the zipper under the handle and keep the excess husks for future use.
