The round Zafu allows for comfortable kneeling positions (straddling, with buttocks resting on the laid-out cushion and legs folded back to the side) as well as sitting with legs crossed forward (the disc shape allows for adjusting one's posture in relation to the seat, positioning oneself more in the center or more on the edge of the cushion).

This Zafu is filled with Organic Spelt Husks, handmade with sturdy 100% Organic Cotton canvas, featuring a carrying handle and a hidden zipper to remove or add filling if necessary.

Dimensions: 33 cm diameter x 13 cm height: filled with 1.5 kg of organic spelt husks (the cushion is VERY generously filled, so it might feel hard/heavy when new: you can easily open the zipper under the handle and remove some filling, according to your needs, keeping the husks for future "top-up" fillings after years of use)

Spelt husk filling is generally recommended for beginners, while kapok is for those who have been meditating for a while:

Husk, obtained from dehulling spelt, is a natural filling that adapts to our body, changing and softening the cushion more and more over time. The cushion may initially feel hard because the company fills the cushions generously: you can empty the cushion as desired using the zipper under the handle and keep the excess husks for future use.
