Tingshas are two small 7-metal cymbals, joined by a leather strap. They are commonly used by Tibetan practitioners during prayers and ritual ceremonies. These two metal plates are struck together to produce a clear, high-pitched tone. Tingsha plates are quite thick, which helps produce long bell-like sounds.

Tingsha can be used alongside singing bowls and other instruments during meditation, sound healing, therapy, and musical sessions. Many yoga centers, meditation centers, and healing centers use Tingsha, but Tingsha is a religious ritual instrument.

The main beauty of this tingsha is that it comes with a hand-carved copper cover with a small lock.
