Spelt Husks: The Natural Filling
Spelt husks are the ideal filling for those new to meditation: they gradually mold to the body, offering increasingly personalized support over time. The cushion may feel compact when new — simply open the zipper and remove the desired amount, storing the excess husks for future refills.
