Spelt Husk: The Natural Filling
Spelt husk is the ideal filling for those new to meditation: it gradually molds to the body, offering increasingly personalized support over time. When new, the cushion may feel compact — simply open the zipper and remove the desired amount, storing the excess husk for future refills.
Heart Chakra: Anahata
Anahata is the chakra of pure love and compassion. Associated with the color green and the element air, it is the bridge between the lower and upper chakras, the center of energetic balance.
