Pendant with Shakyamuni Buddha

This is made in Nepal with a very beautiful Shakyamuni Buddha.

He was born to the rulers of the Shakya clan, from which he took the appellation Shakyamuni, meaning "sage of the Shakya clan." The legends that grew around him claim that both his conception and his birth were miraculous.
